Dana Frigoli

Dancer, choreographer and teacher.

A multifaceted and sensitive artist, known around the world through her extensive and intensive path.

She studied at Escuela Nacional de Arte Dramático, worked for major companies as a performer and choreographer.

She created a unique technique called TTC (Tango Conceptual Technology) which has allowed other dancers to find a way to further develop their own tango, understanding the workings of opposing energies in the body, using this internal knowledge , to achieve the perfect fit.

With this work she needed to create a space that represents and is itself the container, of the ideas that emerged from within, and in 2005 DNI Tango opened its doors – a tango school, and a company with its own store.

In DNI Tango, professional staff (chosen by her) and outstanding teachers in various disciplines (Yoga, Contemporary Dance, Contact improvisation, Rhythmic, Ballet, Theatre and others) synthesize and frame, the development of her philosophy about tango.

Today DNI Tango, is recognized around the world, for excellent teaching and group shows created (La Colección, Los tangos de una vida, Arealidades, La Musa del Capricho).

Shortly after arriving in Buenos Aires, in January 2008, Jonny found DNI and took his first steps in tango. One year, hundreds of hours of classes and countless milonga nights later; Jonny took his first steps in tango professionally: and began as an assistant in Tango Week 2008 and is currently responsible for beginner classes at DNI, while continuing his training with the DNI company.

Besides that Jonny is a tireless sailor, who has traveled more than 12,000 miles that took him to visit more than 14 countries. His journey hasn't ended yet but we are happy that his adventure has brought him to Buenos Aires and the world of tango.

Jonny Lambert

Born and raised in the mountains of Colorado, in central USA, Jonny decided to travel to Europe at seventeen years of age. His trip, that lasted 6 months, became an adventure of eight years, which included living, studying, and working, in England, Greece, and Holland. After graduating in Business Engineering and working in consultancy for international companies such as Shell, IBM and Philips, Jonny felt the need to go to a new continent and this time the choice was South America.
